Getting started as a horse coach
Oro's Class is Europe's first 2 year in-depth horse coaching training to become a professional horse coach. Oro's Class starts in October 2011 and ends in June 2013. Everybody can participate in this 2 year training, that covers horse coaching / Equine Assisted Development / Equine Facilitated Learning from A to Z and provides a rich toolbox which will allow you to coach a broad target audience with horses as co-trainer.
The Seabiscuit Class is designed for advanced profiles in Natural Horsemanship with a thorough knowledge of the enneagram and classic coaching. This concept combines classic coaching techniques with EAD praxis and represents a compact version of the Master Class.
The Filly Class is designed for starters. Graduates of the Filly Class qualify to start the Seabiscuit Class.
Growing as a horse coach
Equiboost wants to share its knowledge with colleagues and organizes 6 3-day seminars designed for professional horse coaches who wish to further specialize:
3 Corporate EAD seminars. Topics include Teamcoaching, Assessment with horses, Leadership training.
3 Personal EAD seminars. Topics include EAD for children and teenagers, EAD for families, EAD for couples (relationship/marriage counseling with horses).
